Fears Brought in from Another Life

How a past fear brought into a
present life can be healed

Our planet is not the only place that a soul can have an individualized experience. When regressed, some of my clients have discovered a lifetime on another planet, another star system, or in another dimension. A few have reported that the lifetime they journeyed to is in the future. How is that possible?

Past lives are not really in the past, they exist in the now

What is meant by that statement?

Most people think about past lives or previous lives as if they are from before this present life.

Most regressionists use the terms "past" or "previous" lives.

Are our other lifetimes in the past? No. They are not "in the past."

Metaphysicians and physicists tell us that we live in the reality of "simultaneous time." In this system, the terms used for other lifetimes of a soul are parallel, alternate, or alternative lives. They are in the now. All our lifetimes are happening all at once, all at the same time.

How is that possible? Our other lifetimes seem to be done and over with. How can they be happening simultaneously?

We live in the third dimension. Therefore, we experience time in a linear way. We see time as yesterday, last week, last month, last year. That's how we make sense of our present life. Because of our linear experiences, people assume that other lifetimes have had to have happened in the past.

It is so much more helpful to understand our other lifetimes as simultaneous. It means that they are not dead-ended. If there are traumas in alternate lives, healing can be done now. Any troubled parallel lifetime can be changed for the better by a skilled regressionist.

A parallel life may have had, or is having problems that are bleeding into your present (focus) life. Because that parallel life is going on at the same time as your focus life, the circumstances can be changed. Can be healed. Can be transformed in a positive way. Can be understood for the parallel lessons your other lifetime personality and you are experiencing. A trained, skilled regressionist can accomplish all that.

In 1982, I first learned of simultaneous time while reading the Seth books by Jane Roberts, In those early days of my research, it was difficult to wrap my head around the concept of all things everywhere happening all at once.

In 1985, at the very start of my NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Training, the instructors told us that our body lives in the present moment. Therefore, any trauma or negative situation that happened to us in this lifetime can be transformed/healed in the now.

I read all the Seth books. I trained for sixteen years in NLP and hypnotherapy, studied with shamans, and have done thousands of regressions. From all that, I've come to understand simultaneous time in wondrous ways.

I have connected with some of my successful alternate selves, to my delight. I asked my guides to take me to an alternate lifetime self who has vast knowledge. I met the monk librarian living in the year 500, who oversees an extensive library. At that time in history, books had to be copied by hand. Fascinated, I watched over his shoulder as he copied every word with quill and inkwell. The surprise came when he said he often looked in on me because he learned from the hundreds of books I've read.

In childhood, I dreamed of being an artist when I grew up. As a teen, my passion and dream was to attend the Chicago Art Institute. However, due to a terrible lie by a family member, my dad refused to let me go to art school. This loss was heartbreaking. Years later, I moved to Colorado and went into training to become a healer. But I never forgot my "lost dream" and still held some resentment over being robbed of the opportunity.

I wondered about the situation that had robbed me of art school. What would have been the outcome if the circumstances had been different? What if my dad had learned the truth and let me go? I asked my guides to take me to my 18-year-old self, who exposed the lie. I wanted to look at her timeline. What happened to her after that? It was so gratifying to find her and discover that she did get to go to the Chicago Art Institute and became a successful metal sculptor. My dream lived on!

I love her life. And she loves mine. Interestingly, I have always loved metal sculptures and purchased many for my home over the years. I also thought about taking some metal sculpture classes but never had the time. The synchronicity of it astounded me.

It's interesting to know that at every decision point in your life, your alternative self can live out the road not taken by you.

The Seth experience

The Seth books, by author Jane Roberts: Seth explains simultaneous time.

A question on a Facebook Seth page by a reader named Jack:

I am curious how y'all assimilate and reconcile the idea of "simultaneity?" In Seths views and even in the view of many physicists, "everything is happening at the same time/moment." So that would mean all of our past lives are not really past-sans to this world of "cause and effect." So…..how do events and actions "never end?" Or are these events "on a loop" and replay over and over……or? How can a life that occured-and ended in the 1700s still be occuring now?

Answer from Shaun, another FB reader:

I read this before, either in one of the Seth series or the "Conversations With God" series. It went something like this: "You know how you go into a movie theater and while you are watching a movie there may be seven other movies playing in different theaters with different ( or the same ) movies playing at the same time?

This is similar to the concept of simultaneous time; where your life is playing in different movies, but all at the same time."

From the moderator of the Seth FB page:

Yesterday Jack made a great post that had to do with simultaneous time. In many places in his books, Seth tells us that all time is simultaneous. So why then, in physical reality, do we instead seem to experience time, as, one moment, event or experience another?

It turns out that along with talking about simultaneous time, Seth also explains this as well. In Session 481, in talking about, "Out of Body Projections", Seth also explains to us why we seem to have and experience time in physical reality.

This has to do with the idea that "time", gives us "time", to learn how to handle our creations. Here then are some of the things that Seth had to say about "time".

++++++++++++

"Your idea of time is false. Time as you experience it is an illusion caused by your own physical senses. Your physical senses force you to perceive action in certain terms, but this is not the nature of action."

"You must perceive what you do of reality through your physical senses, but your physical senses distort reality."

"The physical senses can only perceive reality a little bit at a time, and so it seems to you that one moment exists, and is gone forever, and the next moment comes, and like the one before it disappears. But everything in the universe exists at one time, simultaneously, and the first words ever spoken still ring throughout the universe; and in your terms the last words ever spoken have been said time and time again, for there is no ending and no beginning. It is only your perception that is limited."

"There is no past, present and future. These only appear to those who exist within three-dimensional reality."

Seth further explains:

"Your idea of time is false. Time as you experience it is an illusion caused by your own physical senses. Your physical senses force you to perceive action in certain terms, but this is not the nature of action." "You must perceive what you do of reality through your physical senses, but your physical senses distort reality. They present reality to you in their own way. The physical senses can only perceive reality a little bit at a time, and so it seems to you that one moment exists, and is gone forever, and the next moment comes, and like the one before it disappears. But everything in the universe exists at one time, simultaneously, and the first words ever spoken still ring throughout the universe; and in your terms the last words ever spoken have been said time and time again, for there is no ending and no beginning. It is only your perception that is limited." "Reality is not limited. There is no past, present and future. These only appear to those who exist within three-dimensional reality. Since I am no longer within it, I can perceive what you do not see. But there is a part of you that is not imprisoned within three-dimensional reality, and that part of you knows that there is no time, that there is only an eternal now; and that part of you that knows is the whole self, the inner personality that knows all of your lives." "When I tell you that you lived for example in 1936, I say this because it makes sense to you now; but you live all of your reincarnations at once. Only you are not aware, and you cannot understand within the framework of three-dimensional reality." "Pretend that you have seven dreams at once, and you the dreamer know that you are dreaming. Within each dream 100 earthly years may pass—but to you the dreamer no time has passed, and there is no time to pass, for you are free of the dimension in which time exists. The time you seem to spend within the dream, within each life, is only an illusion, and to the inner self no moment has passed, and to the inner self there is no time."

The Order of Time by Physicist Carlo Rovelli is an interesting read that addresses time. It’s relatively short, and he bases his thoughts in Einstein, and quantum loop theory. He does reference some experimental work qualitatively as well. He goes on to essentially make the claim that the “flow” of time is an illusion and that we only experience it as our consciousness is not elevated enough to experience the universe in its entirety. He makes these claims combining relativity and quantum mechanics, along with some philosophy.
